Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! This store is hosted by Yahoo! Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information through this website, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Yahoo! also encrypts your credit card number when they store your order and whenever they transfer that information to us.
How can you offer such low prices?
OK, so you’re not use to seeing such low prices. You’re thinking the quality must be substandard. Quite the opposite! We provide excellent quality and value for money. We offer such low prices and flexible terms (e.g., 30-day money back guarantee, you can order single flies instead of by the dozen, very low cost flat rate shipping on flies) by keeping our overhead low and working smartly with our suppliers. In addition, by providing such good value we know that customers will keep returning.
Do you add sales tax?
We only add sales tax for orders in Pennsylvania of 6%. Shipments to Canada, or by special arrangement elsewhere, do not include sales tax. Custom duties if applicable are for the account of the recipient.
How much is shipping?
Right now we'll ship all your flies for FREE! At other times it is $1.75 to ship as many flies as you wish via first class mail. Non-fly items and other methods of shipping have different shipping rates. International shipping does not qualify for the above rates or promotions. The easiest way to determine shipping costs is to place the items in your basket, select your method of shipment and our site will calculate shipping charges before you proceed. You will be pleased to know that we don’t add high handling charges or rip you off with huge markups on shipping as some other shops do.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States and Canada. If you wish to place an order from another country, e-mail us with what you would like to order and we will determine if we can accommodate you.
How can I find out where my shipment is?
We will e-mail you a confirmation when your order is shipped. Note that some items may ship separately. If your method of shipment includes a tracking number, it will be provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail. You can call us at 1-877-BEEK-FLIES if you still have questions.
I would like to buy specific flies or sizes that are not available on your site. Will you do custom tying?
Yes, e-mail us with your request. If you want to buy a common pattern and size (we may just be out of stock, but check with us) we’ll gladly make up an order for you. If you have your own pattern or want to purchase a more obscure fly, we can usually accommodate you, even at low quantities of only 1 to 5 dozen.
You don’t stock a rod, reel, etc. I’m looking for. Will you do special orders?
