Easy-to-remove foam inserts hold various types of hooks, including nymphs, wet flies, streamers, and various dry flies. Patented Micro-Slit foam holds the bend of the hook, not the point, to help keep hooks straight and prevent flies from matting. Works with standard or waterproof system foam inserts.
